Spending a night in Chester ... of all the restaurants we could choose we picked Six One Six. Didn’t disappoint, would highly recommend. Food was excellent; service was just as good. The owner made a point to stopping by the table to thank us for our patronage. Engaging young man who we wish every success with this restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.
Amazing place, staff very attentive, knowledgeable about their products and pleasant. We both had steak and sides and were not disappointed. The cocktail choice was extensive, our server was a great help with this. We would definitely like to visit again and wish them success.
Amazing atmosphere, Michelle the manager was extremely friendly and approachable. We popped in whilst passing as the vibe looked chilled and great music. My wife had a few different cocktails and they were all amazing. I had kraken and coke and they were served perfect in elegant glasses just what you expect from a boujee bar. If it had a sea view it could have been mistaken for Ibiza. Highly recommend 5
If you are looking for both elegance and warmth, whilst centered in the heart of Chester - then look no further! Tonight was yet another occasion I have visited the lovely SIX ONE SIX, and the experience simply gets better each and every time. Both the food and cocktails, are simply out of this world. There is nothing that is too much for the attentive staff - hospitality and overall experience is second to none. We engorged in the Chateaubriand steak, a variety of sides, the Oysters and a selection of cocktails - all of which were delectable and made to perfection. Could not recommend highly enough, thank you for another memorable evening!
Lovely place, good atmosphere and lovely food. We had the fish and chips and Hake ( looks better than pictures could show), which were both great. The inside is decorated very nicely with a good atmosphere. Service was good despite only one member of staff working this night. Would come back again!
Incredible service on my father’s fifty-fourth birthday! The staff really went the extra mile to make his birthday special. Really appreciated the sprinklers! The Sunday roast has top-quality ingredients but we would say that a traditional gravy might have suited the roast more than the jus as it was a little overpowering. Regardless, it was fantastic food and my dad said that the steak was incredible. Really happy with the service, atmosphere and food! Thank you!
Great evening. Food was incredible. I had the miso glazed hake and would highly recommend. There was a member of staff in training and I hope people can really encourage her to keep doing a great job. The manager was so friendly and attentive. Great vibes and food. Would definitely recommend.
First time visiting and really enjoyed ourselves. We were unsure at first as we could only find pictures online of the roast dinners but the food was the best quality - I’m not a massive fish eater but the fish was AMAZING. Hannah served us who was in training but she really looked after us, expertly helped by Michelle the manager. I really appreciate how courteous Michele was that Hannah was in training and she really looked after our entire night and made us feel really welcome. Food was fantastic and we loved talking to Michelle about their plans for the venue. Honestly thanks for such a lovely evening, we can’t wait to come back.
